Should probably have a function to add classes for qm or usac once they decide which one they want.

closed issue 130 as it is a duplicate

old issue 130 update:
remove database image and use a silent backup restore/upgrade instead. this will ensure that the default install has a blank database without trying to binary copy the one off the developer computer (probably a bad idea in the first place, especially with myisam)

This turned out to be more sinister than expected.
It was also deleting any classes that had 0 cars registered on upgrade
If you archive your races, you will lose your classes too!
